One of the most frequent questions we are asked at Bluebird Roofing Co. is whether insurance will cover the cost of a new roof or roof repair.

If you have noticed wear and tear on your roof or an active leak, do not wait. CALL US for a roof inspection so we can verify if there is damage that could possibly be covered by insurance. Once we are on-site, we will inspect your entire roof. Our priority will be to prevent any further damage to your property from a compromised roof. This may require a temporary repair or tarp until a permanent repair or replacement can be completed. If we identify damage that could be covered by insurance, we will work directly with your insurance carrier to make the process as easy and as straightforward as possible.

WHAT TYPE OF ROOF DAMAGE IS COVERED BY INSURANCE?

Although each plan and carrier vary, damage caused by fallen trees, hail, lightning, or tornadoes is typically covered. If you want to know what your specific policy covers, contact your insurance agent.

If we do not identify damage that could be covered by insurance, we can still proceed with the necessary repair or replacement.
